PRINTING FINISHING

Glossy Varnishing
Gloss lamination produces a shiny, glass-like appearance that enhances the color and vibrancy of the ink on a page. It is commonly used for business applications such as marketing and promotional pieces

Offset Printing

Offset printing works by transferring ink from a plate to a rubber sheet, which then rolls the ink onto paper, vinyl or other surface.

Matt Varnishing

Matte varnishes are formulated with matting agents (solids) in the varnish layer, which act to scatter the light at the surface of the painting. Depending on the amount of matting agents in the varnish layer, matte varnishes lighten the darkest values in paintings.

Hot Foil Stamping

Hot foil stamping is the process of using heat and pressure to apply metallic foil or holograms to materials such as light papers, carton board, laminated board, plastics and corrugated board.

UV Varnishing

A UV Varnish is a liquid coating that is applied to the surface of a sheet (available in Gloss, Matt and Silk finishes) which is then dried / cured under an ultra violet light.

Glossy Lamination

Gloss lamination produces a shiny, glass-like appearance that enhances the color and vibrancy of the ink on a page. It is commonly used for business applications such as marketing and promotional pieces. It also works well as a covering for bound information in the form of books, reports and training materials

Matt Lamination

Compared to other glosses, a matt laminate is more of a ‘natural’ look. Unlike gloss lamination, matt lamination can provide a softer look, as it can produce lower contrast on darker colours. The texture of a matt laminate is velvety, which makes it a pleasant handling experience for numerous users.

Embossing

Embossing, art of producing raised patterns on the surface of metal, leather, textiles, paper, and other similar substances. Strictly speaking, the term is applicable only to raised impressions produced by means of engraved dies or plates.

Debossing

Debossing is an imprint method that pushes a metal plate in the shape of your design, onto the front of the product material. The design is sunken or recessed into the material
